Still have questions?
Visit the Contact page or reach out to your system administrator.

eFlow2u is a web-based platform for daily work reporting, site activity documentation, and project management, designed for engineering and construction projects.

The system is designed for Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), Review Managers, and Admins (system programmers). Most users will be RTOs or Review Managers.

Use your assigned username and password on the login page. If you have trouble logging in, contact your system administrator.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page or contact your system administrator for assistance.

Click on your profile (top right), then select "Account Settings" or "Change Password" to update your details.

Go to the "WorkDay" section and select "Add New Report." Fill in the required details (project, date, session, weather), then proceed to add TBM records and site activities.

TBM stands for Toolbox Meeting. It's a record of daily safety or technical briefings. You can add descriptions, witnesses, and upload photos.

After the TBM step, you'll be prompted to add activities. For each work area (grid), enter the location, LP number, circuit/span, and upload relevant photos.

You can edit a report before final submission. After submission, only Review Managers can request changes or reject the report for editing.

When adding TBM records or activities, use the "Upload Photo" or "Take Photo" buttons. Images are automatically compressed for faster upload.

Check your internet connection and file size. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.

Your report is sent to the Review Manager for review. You can track its status in the "Report History" section.

Check the status in your report list. If changes are needed, the Review Manager will indicate this, and you can edit and resubmit.

Go to the "Report History" or "Consolidated Report" section, select a report, and use the available options to approve or request changes.

Use the "Project" section to view project information, upload files, and access the AI Parser for document processing.

Use the "Contact" or "Need Help?" link in the menu, or reach out to your system administrator.

Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue continues, contact support with details of the problem.
